The short-term intensive pathway emphasises listening and speaking, adds social practice, and after about six months aims for roughly 500 characters and familiarity with around 30 daily communication scenarios. A pre-test places learners from absolute beginner upward.

Tianjin University’s Chinese Language Program runs for about one to two semesters. It gives international students a non-degree route to build Mandarin for campus life and further study at a historic research university in Tianjin.

NWPU’s two-semester Chinese Language Program builds conversational Mandarin, cultural awareness, and practical language use on Xi’an’s research campus. Campus life and cultural activities support progress beyond classroom drills.
