Overview

This scholarship provides financial support for the first year’s tuition fee and comprehensive medical insurance for international students newly enrolling at Tianjin Foreign Studies University.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s applicants must be high school graduates aged 18–35 with HSK4. Master’s applicants must hold a related bachelor’s degree, be under 40, and hold HSK5. Doctoral applicants must hold a related master’s degree, be under 45, and hold HSK6. All must be physically fit.

Applications are accepted from 15 March to 30 June via http://tfsu.at0086.com/StuApplication/Login.aspx.

Documents

Required documents include: notarised highest education certificate (or enrolment certificate if currently studying); original transcripts and HSK certificate; study plan (minimum 800 words in Chinese or English); two letters of recommendation from faculty members (not required for undergraduates); and Record of Physical Examination for Foreigners completed in English with photo, physician signature, and hospital seal.
